The 1 st level has residential support facilities, dining and amenity space facing Bueckert with commercial retail spaces on the east facing Hurd. The support spaces will be accessible to the community at large.
The 2nd level will have 26 assisted living units and 3rd – 6th levels will have 104 senior independent living units, all of which will be rental with 10% classified affordable rental.
The facility will have 1.5 levels of underground parking and provide for ample landscaped outdoor amenity spaces within the site.
The project is asking for an OCP Amendment from the attached multi-unit residential designation to the mixed-use and commercial designation and a rezoning to a comprehensive development zone.
